Von Kufstein ausgehend geht es zunächst entlang der Thierseer Ache und über einen Anstieg bis nach Thiersee. Auf schönen Schotterstraßen vorbei an der Stallenalm bis zur bewirtschafteten Ackernalm. Bergab geht es dann bis zur Erzherzog Johann Klause. Gut ausgebaute Forstwege führen bis hinauf zur bewirtschafteten Guffert Hütte im Rofangebirge. Danach geht es auf einer langen und breiten Schotterabfahrt bis nach Maurach am Achensee.
