Tolle Strecke mit reichlich Höhenmetern auf größtenteils sehr verkehrsarmen Straßen. Die Strecke führt über folgende 5 Steigen(Wittlinger Steige von Seeburg-Alte Oberlenninger Steige(autofrei)--Rote Steige(Boßler)-Eselhöfe(Mühlhausen)-Neue Steige(Gosbach)).
Zwei empfehlenswerte Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr sind entweder das Deutsche Haus zwischen Weilheim und Gruibingen, oder das Otto-Hoffmeister Haus nach Krebsstein.
