Startend am Radweg in Gols Baumgarten über Mönchhof  mit Anstieg nach Halbturn.

Von Halbturn zur Grenze und nach Andau. Diese Strecke ist sehr flach und langweilig.

Danach über Tadten nach St Andrä, Frauenkirchen und Mönchhof zurück nach Gols.

Einfach zu fahren, Radwege bzw Güterwege mit wenig Verkehr.
