Der Berg eignet sich ganz gut für Bergtraining in der Region.

3 (oder mehr) Sätze mit je drei Fahrten:

1. Kleiner Gang, hohe Trittfrequenz (ca.100rpm).

2. K3, großer Gang, Trittfrequen 60-75

3. Wiegetritt, komplett im Stehen.

Leistungs-/pulsmäßig an und knapp oberhalb der aeroben Schwelle.

Oben direkt Kehrt machen, wieder nach unten und die nächste Wiederholung in Angriff nehmen.
