Startpunkt war die Talstation der Tegelbergbahn. Von dort ging der Aufstieg über Hohenschwangau bis zur Marienbrücke mit wunderbarem Blick auf Schloss Neuschwanstein. Von dort immetr am Berggrat entlang (immer wieder toller Blick ins Tal) bis hinauf zur Bergstation der Tegelbergbahn.
