Mit dem Rad eine Tour von Gohr über die Dörfer durch Dormagen zum Rhein. Über den Rheindamm an Zons vorbei und ein paar Meter an der B9 entlang und wieder auf den Damm durch Üdesheim, unter der Fleher Brücke bis nach Grimmlinghausen, der MÜndung der Erft in den Rhein. Von dort an der Erft entlang bis zur Erprather Mühle und parallel zum strategischen Bahndamm, nach Hülchrath und über die Neukirchner Heide zurück nach Gohr.
