Wir fahren mit dem Bus ab unserem Hotel Maristella nach Santa Reparata. Von dort geht es zu Fuss über die Kapelle San Francescu nach Ile Rousse. Wir erleben eine schöne Höhenwanderung mit ständigem Blick auf das Monte-Grosso-Massiv und auf die Dörfer der Balagne.
Wir besichtigen noch die Stadt Ile Rousse mit einem ausgedehnten Rundgang, danach bringt uns der Bus zurück ins Hotel Maristella.
Landschaft sehr trocken, gutes u. trockenes Wanderwetter mit leicht bedecktem Himmel und leichter Schwüle. Zufällig sind wir noch auf Wildschweinjäger getroffen, die Sau war bereits gehäutet, ausgenommen und zerteilt.
