Rundfahrt durchs Osnabrücker Land. Gestartet wird in Uptrup (Evinghausen) auf dem Parkplatz des Ameisenlehrpfades. Von Uptrup geht es in Richtung Kalkriese, von dort zum Schloss Neu Barenau, weiter zum Schloss Altbarenau vorbei an Feldern und dem Kanal. Weiter durch den Wald und am Kanal nach Venne (vorbei am Golfplatz Varusschlacht). An der Museumsinsel Venne fährt man den Flußlehrpfad, danach geht es ein kleines Stück die Landstrasse L97 entlang (der Verkehr hält sich in Grenzen) . Das letzte kleine Stück führt über einen Feldweg der mittelgut befahrbar ist. Der Feldweg endet an einem Bauernhof in Uptrup wo es wieder auf die Strasse geht. Jetzt sind es noch 400m bis zum Parkplatz.
