Dann kurz hoch zur Ruhrquelle und abwärts.
Der Ruhrtalradweg ist meistensteils gut beschildert.

Dennoch würde ich ohne GPS nicht fahren.
Technisch nicht anspruchsvoll, aber 120km sind natürlich schon anstrengend.
