Start in Eisfeld bis Meiningen keine nennenwerte Steigungen. Strecke gut beschildert.Nach Wasungen sind einige Steigungen,und am Kayenberg hat man den Höhepunkt erreicht. Ab hier kann man sich der Landschaft widmen. Zwischen Eschwege und Bad Soden Allendorf ist mit tieffliegenden Mountainbikern zu rechnen.
