Die Tour beginnt in Sommerach am Main und führt über Gerolzhofen durch den Steigerwald, Sand am Main bis nach Bamberg.
Die Strecke ist bis auf die Steigung am Zabelstein (12%) eine schöne Flachstrecke. Landschaftlich bekommt man sehr viel zu sehen und auch die Ortschaften am Wegesrand laden zum verweilen ein.
