Von Bad Fredeburg hinauf ins Wald zur Drie Buchen. Von dort aus eine schwere Anfahrt (teils laufen weil er dreckig war) zur TV Turm. Von dort aus zur Grosses Bildchen und Altrastenberg, wo es die Moglichkeit gibt fur essen und trinken. Dann im westliche richting nach Nordenau, Oberkirchen, Gleidorf nach Bad Fredeburg zuruck. Die letzte 10 km auf Asfalt gefahren.
