Wir starten am Oktagon und fahren nördlich entlang der B193. Ein Stück hinter dem Ort biegen wir links ab Richtung Wiesenthal, wo wir uns rechts nach Westen orientieren. Nach etlichen Kilometern durch den Wald blinkt links der See durch die Bäume und wir erreichen Kratzeburg. Umrunden den See und halten uns auf der Landstraße bis Granzin. Ab hier geht es auf Feld- und Betonspurwegen Richtung Müritz, die wir am Nationalparkzentrum in Boek erreichen. Hier noch ein kleines Stück zum Campingplatz und der verdiente Rastplatz mit Seeblick ist erreicht. Ab hier geht es nun rückwärts, bis wir unseren Hinweg im wald rechts Richtung Babke verlassen. Über Kakeldütt fahren wir südwärts bis zur Landstraße nach Userin. Nach der Durchquerung ist es nicht mehr weit bis Neustrelitz.
