Dies ist eine schöne Runde mittlerer Länge zwischen Sauer- und Siegerland. Da ich den langweiligen Zubringer abgeschnitten habe startet und endet die Runde in Kirchhundem im Kreis Olpe, kann aber natürlich auch überall sonst gestartet werden. Da die 1000 Höhenmeter gut verteilt sind, lässt sich die Runde ziemlich locker fahren. Besonders schick ist der Abschnitt auf einem Kamm des Rothaargebirges verlaufenden alten Eisenstraße.
