Von Brüggen vorbei an oder durch Depot-Swalmen-Beesel-Kessel (nach der Fähre - 50 Cent) rechts Richtung Helden-Egchel-Beringe-Meijel-Neerkant-GROOTE PEEL-Ospeldijk-WATERBLOEM-Neer-Kesseleik-Kessel (nach der Fähre 50 Cent) links Richtung Reuver-WEISSER STEIN-Heidhausen-Bracht-Boerholz-Alst. Hinter Beringe (vor Meijel) geht es links und rechts an einem kleinen Kanal vorbei. Dort sind ca. 500 m Sand. Man sieht eine Holzbrücke für Radfahrer und Fußgänger und kann sich das kurze Stück mit Sand (ist aber mit Rennrad ganz gut befahrbar) und den Rückweg auf der anderen Seite sparen.Bei Neerkant gibt es nochmals eine kurze Verbindung über einen breiten Sandweg.
