Start der Tour in Schmidt.
Es geht über einen Trail runter nach Heimbach und von dort hoch nach Wolfgarten.
Von Wolfgarten ein schöne Abfahrt nach Gemünd und dann am Urftsee vorbei bis zur Staumauer.
Dort hoch in den Kermeter und wieder runter nach Schwammenaul und zurück.
