Eine herrliche Schneeschuhwanderung am Fuße der Königin der Dolomiten der Marmolata. Die Marmolada, wie sie von den Italienern genannt wird, ist der höchste Berg der Dolomiten und einer der wenigen größeren Gletscher dieses Alpengebietes.
Die Schneeschuhwanderung führt uns vom Fedaia-Pass hinauf zur Schutzhütte Pian dei Fiacconi.

Vom Südtiroler Unterland fahren wir über Auer und Montan ins Fleimstal, weiter ins Fassatal bis nach Canazei. Nun geht es in Richtung Fedaia-Pass weiter. Achtung der Pass ist im Winter öfters gesperrt. Direkt am Fedaia-Pass befindet sich der Fedaia-Stausee wo wir unser Auto parken und die Schneeschuhwandertour beginnen.
