Eisborn - Beckum - Mellen - Luisenhütte - Schloß Wocklum - Beckum - Volkringhausen - Eisborn
Es startet in Eisborn, von hier über die Kreisstraße in Richtung Grübeck. Dort biegen wir in das Beckumer Feld ab und fahren in Richtung der zwei sichtbaren Windräder (schöne Gegend hier). Weiter am Beckumer Sportplatz, den wir links liegen lassen, vorbei zur Melscheder Mühle und nach Mellen. Von Mellen aus zur Luisenhütte dann zum Wocklumer Schloß. Weiter aufwärts nach Beckum und nach Volkringhausen. Ab Restaurante Recke folgt der Letzte Anstieg durch das Eisborner Feld bis zum Ausgangspunkt der Tour.
