DAV Hildesheim MTB Tour vom 1.Mai 2009
Von Itzum zum Treffpunkt Waldquelle, durch den Hildesheimer Wald, frei dem Rennstieg folgend mit einem Abstecher zum Tafelberg. Dann über Werners Höhe bei herrlichem Landschaftsblick zur "Irmensäule". Abschließend auf Asphalt nach Bad Salzdetfurth und über den Sonnenberg wieder nach Itzum.
Verpflegung: Weil wir am 1. Mai gefahren sind konnten wir uns am Tafelberg an Bratwurst erlaben, ansonsten gibt es erst in Bad Salzdetfurth etwas zu beissen....
Wald- und Schotterwege: ca. 70%, mit einigen wenigen schwierigeren Passagen
Asphalt: ca. 30%
Die Strecke empfiehlt sich nur für MTB.
