Start ist in Behringersmühle in der fränkischen Schweiz.
Zuerst geht es steil bergauf zum Forsthaus Schweigelberg.
Dann angenehm zum Gut Schönhof. Hier haben wir Mittagsrast gemacht.
Bergauf-bergab zur Burg rabenstein. Hier ist ziemlich viel Trubel.
Ab ins Tal Richtung Oberailsfeld. Hier gibt es gutes Bier beim Heldbräu.
Dann noch gut 1 Stunde wieder zum Auto.
