Eine 20 km Tour zum Feierabend:
Vom Ausgangspunkt "Auf der Hardt" führt die Tour durch den Grafenberger Wald am Segelflugplatz vorbei. Man streift Knittkuhl und fährt Richtung Mettmann bis man auf die B7 trifft. Auf dem Radweg entlang der B7 fährt man bis zur Bergischen Kaserne und biegt rechts in Richtung Knittkuhl ab. Man streift Knittkuhl und kommt unterhalb des Segelflugplatzes aus. Am Gerresheimer Krankenhaus kommt man auf die Bergische Landstr. und es geht zurück zum Ausgangspunkt "Auf der Hardt".
