Die Tour Startet in Domaso und führt über Sorico und durchs Naturschutzgebiet Pian de Spagna nach Colico. Über Villatico fahren wir nun mit teils heftigen Steigungen Richtung Monte Legnone. Die Wege sind Vormittags vorwiegend auf schattigen Wegen und deshalb eine gute Alternative wenns auf der Westseite zu heiß zum Biken ist. Der Anstieg ist erst auf Asphaltstrasse, später auf Betonrampe und zum Schluss teils grober Schotterweg.
Bei der Alpe Rossa gibts einen Brunnen mit Trinkwasser aber keine Einkehrmöglichkeit. Rückweg ist Ähnlich wie Hinweg.
