Rundkurs:
Start in Maintal-Bischofsheim am Bürgerhaus oder an beliebiger Stelle des Rundkurses.
Stationen: Hohe Straße, Marktplatz Windecken, Heldenbergen,Eichen, dann dem ausgeschildertem "Bahnradweg" auf der Kreisstr. 851 folgen nach Windecken (östl. Teil) zum "Wartbaum". Wer abkürzen will fährt jetzt schon auf der Hohen Str. zurück. Ansonsten geht es weiter Richtung Roßdorf an Bruchköbel vorbei nach Hanau. An der Bruchköbeler Landstr. gibt es ein gutes Cafe (in der Nähe von Aldi und tegut). Letzlich geht es über die Phillipsruher Allee zum Main und zurück nach Maintal.
