Die Tour beginnt in Baiersbronn und geht am Forbach entlang bis nach Friedrichstal. Kurz vor dem Fischweiher biegt man nach rechts ab in Richtung Jägerloch. Die nächsten Ziele sind dann die Stockäckerhütte, Sandwaldhütte und nach dem Überqueren der B 28 die Kreuzhütte. Danach radelt man in Richtung Zwieselberg und Hahnenhütte auf einem langen, leicht ansteigenden Weg zum Kniebis. Die Rückfahrt kann man am besten über den Sankenbach oder den Ellbachweg angehen.
