    Abwechslungsreiche Tour von Scheffnoth bei Lofer-über den Trail durch das Wildental-Asfalt und Schotter zur Hundsalm- weiter zum Obermayerberg, wo man sehr gut essen kann. Danach Richtung Reit und dann über eine teilw. steile Forstraße Richtung Aschau-hinein nach D und über ein schönes flowiges Wegerl wieder nach Ö. Hinab in die Aschauerklamm und -teilw. schiebend- durch diese durch. Ab dem Schütterbad auf Wegerln und Pfaden nach Reit. Von dort über die Radroute, oder wie wir am Radweg entlang der Saalach zurück nach Scheffsnoth

    Von Reit nach Au und weiter nach Gumping ist auf Forstwegen ein bisschen spannender. Bei km 12 würde ich mir den fast senkrechten Abstieg über 15m mit dem Bike sparen und die Forststraße nehmen. Bei km 15 kann man nach links einen kurzen Trail fahren um nicht alles auf der Forstautobahn bergab hinter sich zu lassen. Finaler Trail zurück zum "Flachland" (Einkehrmöglichkeit) ist wirklich ein Schmankerl.
    Scheffsnoth unmittelbar bei Lofer. Parkplatz beim Supermarkt (M-Preis)
