Von Ischgl aus geht's wie gewohnt entlang dem Trisanabach nach Galtür und auf der linken Talseite über einen interessanten Trail bis zum Asphaltsträsschen, das auf die Ebene führt. Vorbei an der Landesgrenze Tirol-Vorarlberg und an der Wasserscheide Rhein-Donau geht's flach zum Kopsstausee. Dort führt ein fast ebener, aber interessanter Trail rund um den Stausee zur Gaststätte Zeinisjoch zum Einkehr. Wer's noch deftiger mag, nimmt die Steigung zur Heilbronnerhütte in Angriff, ansonsten geht's wieder runter nach Galtür.
