Schöne einfache Wanderung rund um den Mattsee ohne nenneswerte Steigungen mit schönen Aussichten auf den Mattsee. Besonders stimmungsvoll im Herbst! Im Ort Mattsee gibt es dann mehrere Einkehrmöglichkeiten. wie z.B. das Schloß - Cafe.
Die Wanderung ist bestens ausgeschildert.

Von Salzburg kommend fahren Sie nicht in den Ort Mattsee hinein sondern geradeaus weiter durch den Tunnel durch und sehen dann rechter Hand einen großen Parkplatz. wo Sie Ihr Auto stehen lassen können.
Sie können Ihr Auto aber auch in Gebertsham (am Mattsee-Ort gegenüberliegendem Seeufer)stehen lassen , dann können Sie auf halben Weg , in Mattsee eine Pause in einem der netten Restaurants einlegen.
