Diese Tour führt diritissima nach Prandegg, also auf keinen Straßen sondern berauf und bergab auf Wanderwegen. Die Tour durchquert das Feldaisttal in der Nähe von Kefermarkt, vorbei geht es an Gutau ins Stampfenbachtal und weiter über Stiftung ins Waldaisttal nach Prandegg. Die Umgebung der gut erhaltenen Ruine lädt zu einer Verschnaufpause ein. Zurück geht es über Pehersdorf, Waldaisttal, Gutau und Feldaisttal zum Ausgangspunkt. Kurz vor Neustadt führt die Tour an einem Steinbauwerk, von mir genannt "Mühlviertler Stonehenge" vorbei.
