Super Tour von Bad Dürckheim über Wachenheim durch den Pfälzer Wald über das Lambrechtkreuz runter ins Silberthal, hoch zum Weinbiet,dann Richtung Neustadt und über den Radweg wieder zurück nach Bad Dürckheim.Diese Tour hat einen hohen Anteil an Super Trails.Bei der Aufzeichnung der Tour spielte der Höhenmesser verrückt,der höchste Punkt liegt bei ca.550m,der tiefste bei .ca 200.
