Die Radtour führt über den Haarstrang nach Soest. Zahlreiche Kirchen säumen den Weg. Die Tour ist verkehrsarm.
In Soest lohnt sich eine kurze Rast in der Eisdiele auf dem Marktplatz.
Der Weg zurück nach Dortmund führt überwiegend über asphaltierte Wirtschaftswege - vorbei an zahlreichen Windenergieanlagen.
