Start am Campingplatz "Douce Quietude" in Valescure oberhalb St. Raphael. Richtung Norden in die Berge an allen Kreisverkehren geradeaus in die Avenue J.F. Kennedy bis zum Ende, durch Schranke auf Forstweg. Am Carrefour Castelli links weiter bis zu einer Teerstraße, hier rechts einbiegen und bergauf bis zum Monte Vinaigre. Ich bin zuerst rechts hoch bis Ende des Weges, wieder zurück und auf Gegengipfel mit Funkturm, hier hinten runter auf Trail, die Auffahrtsteerstraße kreuzen und weiter auf Trail, nochmal Teerstraße queren, weiter auf Trail, wieder Teerstraße, durch Schranke, dann links auf Forstweg, an Forsthaus halblinks auf Karrenweg, später Trail.
