Tourbeginn in Asendorf Nordheide Richtung Süden über den Töps, den Hanstedter Bergen nach Undeloh.
Hier weiter nach Wilsede und über den Wilseder Berg (166m) zurück nach Undeloh. Dann Richtung Ollsen und über Hanstedt retour nach Asendorf.
Nur mit Mountainbike bzw. Crossrad zu fahren, da 75 % Waldwege zum Teil mit Steinen und Wurzeln.

A7 Abfahrt Thiesope Richtung Brackel weiter nach Asendorf ca. 8 Minuten von der Abfahrt. Oder A1 Abfahrt Hitfeld Richtung Jesteburg und weiter nach Asendorf. Parkplätze genug am Dorfgemeinschaftshaus.
