Von Bad Ragaz dem Radweg bzw.der Landstrasse entlang, zum Teil durch wunderbare Weinberge nach Klosters, dann über den Forstweg welcher auf einer länge von c.1,5km eine Steigung von ca.23% angiebt , allerdings Asphalt, nach Schlappien.In Schlappien beginnt die Tragepassage auf das Schlappiener Joch ca.1h45min.Vom Schlappiener joch bis ins valzivenztal hinunter muss das Bike ebenfalls ca.30min geschoben oder getragen werden. Von dort der Strasse und dem Radweg entlang bis Nüziders

 

Bad Ragaz bis Klosters ca.2h15min,  Klosters bis Schlappien ca.1h,  Schlappien bis Schlappiener Joch Trage & Schiebepassage ca.1h20min, Schlappiener Joch bis Valzivenz-Forstweg, trage und schiebepassage ca.35min, dann von dort bis Nüziders  ca. 1h15min.
