Kurze Feierabendtour beginnend am Giradet-Haus, die aklte Bahntrasse in Richtung Magarethenhöhe, dann in Richtung Haarzopf durch die Wohnsiedlung ins Naturschutzgebiet. Von da aus entlang des Bachlaufes in Richtung Mülheim. Immer wieder kurze Passagen Singletrails im Bachlauf, auf den Rückweg haben wir dann noch einen Bikepark entdeckt, wo jugendliche ihre Freizeit mit Buddeln und Hüpfen verbringen.
Meiner Meinung nach ist der Bikepark der beste/größte den ich in der Umgebung kenne. Das Dingen Kettwig ist bekannt und die Dirts in Heisingen genauso wie abseits der Bahntrasse die kleineren Geschichten.
