Schöne Laufrunde mit machbaren Steigungen und ausreichend langen Gefällestücken, bei denen man sich immer wieder prima erholen kann. Die Strecke führt vom Parkplatz an der Leopoldshöhe aus auf direktem Weg bergauf, dann mitten durch den Baumberge-Wald zum Longinusturm und durch das Stevertal zurück. Eine gute Mischung aus Asphalt, Waldboden und Feldwegen.

Ein Einstieg ist auch bei den anderen Parkplätzen an der Strecke gut möglich, z.B. am Longinusturm, am Waldrand-Parkplatz oberhalb des Stevertals oder unten im Stevertal.
