Die Tour führt von Freiröttenbach über die Hohlfuhre nach Lilinghof. Von da aus geht es über den Frankenweg (sog. Gendarmweg) zur Tuchergruft und weiter nach Schnaittach. Die Tour geht über Speikern und Lauf nach Dehnberg und über den Alpenverein-Hüttenweg nach Großbellhofen. Die Tour wird über Kürchröttenbach und den Kirchenweg in Freiröttenbach beendet.
