Kleine Wanderung entlang des Baches bis zur Hasenmühle und oberhalb wieder zurück, dem Limes-Wanderweg folgend. Vorbei an einer romantisch verfallenden Hütte verläßt man nach der Querung der Wiese das Bachtal und folgt dem Limes schnurgerade am Waldrand entlang. Dort finden sich auch einige alte Grenzsteine.
Über 2 kleine Brücken verlassen wir später den Limes-Wanderweg Richtung Kröftel (Schmetterlings-Wanderweg). Kröftel nur streifen und wieder am Bach entlang zurück Richtung Heftrich bis zum Wanderparkplatz
