Diese leichte Mountainbiketour mit Startpunkt in Riddaghausen führt vorbei am Südsee und durch das Lechlumer Holz nach Wolfenbüttel. Zurück geht es wieder durch das Lechlumer Holz, vorbei am Heidbergsee dem Schöppenstedter Turm zurück nach Riddagshausen. Wer noch einige Sprünge machen will, kann dies ausgiebig im Lechlumer Holz probieren. Hier sind auf private Initiative zwei interessante MTB Kuhlen angelegt.
Die Tour verbindet die Startpunkte der Elmtouren in Braunschweig und Wolfenbüttel miteinander. Am Stadtbad in Wolfenbüttel beginnen auch die Touren in die Asse oder den Oderwald.
