Ausgedehnte "Trotze dem schlechten Wetter-MTB-Sonntagstour" von Brauweiler über Köln-Widdersdorf und Junkersdorf zum Rhein-Energie-Stadion, entlang des Militärrings bis Rodenkirchen, dann über die Rodenkirchener Autobahnbrücke, weiter über Köln-Poll und Vingst über die Autobahn A4, A559, A3 nach Rath-Heumar in Richtung Rösrath hinein in den Königsforst. Inmitten des Königsforstes wird das Auge belohnt durch Wälder, Seen, Bachläufe und als krönenden Höhepunkt der Tour zum "Monte Troodelöh", dem mit 118,04m höchsten Punkt von Köln. Weiter durch den Königsforst wieder über die Autobahn A3 in Richtung Köln-Eil, Urbach und nach Porz zum Ufer des Vater Rheins. Entlang des Rheinufers bis zur Rodenkirchener Brücke den Militärring entlang nach Widdersdorf und zurück nach Brauweiler zum Startpunkt.
