At the beginning there is a slight downhill on the well-groomed slopes in the ski resort Wurzeralm to the start on the about 80m deeper Teichlböden. There is the common start of both cross-country trails, both are groomed for skating and Classic. The 5.6 km long, medium circular trail starts with the demanding growth in the west. After 2.5 miles and about 50 altimeters you’ll reach the area „Teichl“. Apart from the final climb to the top station is located there, the highest point of the cross-country trail on the Wurzeralm. Then the cross-country runs in an easterly direction. The very light 2.3km section runs along the scenic, beautifully situated by Filzmoosalm back to start. And includes only a slight increase with 10 altimeters up to the Filzmoosalm. After actual cross-country still waits the 10% slope back up to the mountain station. For a few euros But it is possible to go up with the Linzerhaus lift for a few euros.
