Aus der Innenstadt Metzingen geht es über den Metzinger Weinberg hinauf nach Kappishäusern, hier wird man mit einem schönen steilen Abstieg nach Dettingen für den Aufstieg belohnt.
Danach geht es über die Obst- und Baumwiesen zurück.
