Die Tour ist landschaftlich sehr schön und bietet auch eine schöne Abfahrt.
Eine kurze Passage von der uneren zur oberen Gautalpe ist technisch etwas anspruchsvoll.
Im Aufstieg am besten mit den Schier auf dem Rücken, bei der Abfahrt kann man runterrutschen.
Der Aufstieg zur Hochkünzelspitze ist eine leichte Kletterei, teilweise mit Drahtseil gesichtert.
Sollte nur bei geringer Lawinengefahr gegangen werden.
