Gegenüber dem Bamenohler Schloss gehts in den Wald und dann überwiegend durch Wald bis zur Marper Höhe. Bei fast gleichbleibender Höhe geht es nun über die Galle nach Fretterspring. Teils über den Sauerländer Höhenflug nach Faulebutter und über Ostentrop und Frettermühle zurück nach Bamenohl. In Frettermühle kann man im Mühlencafe eine nette Pause machen. Die Tour geht überwiegend über Forstwege durch Wald, wobei sich aber einige schöne Ausblicke übers Sauerland bieten.
