Technisch anspruchsvolle Runde wegen eines steilen und teilweise weglosen Teilstückes an der Nordflanke des Rosensteines.
Wanderweg auf teiweise schmalen Wegstücken über 5 Hölen des Rosensteines. Schön ist auch das Stück an der Drei Eingangshöle im Sophienfels. Da hängen immer einige Kletterer rum die an den kurzen Routen üben.
Kleine Scheuer, Plickburggrotte, Große Scheuer, Haus, Drei Eingangshöle.
