schöne Runde um Schwellbrunn ausgehend von Herisau ohne lange Steigungen

Start in Herisau beim Bahnhof Wilen auf den Nieschberg. Abfahrt entlang der Glatt Richtung Herisau; über Ifang hinauf auf die Huebstrasse. Durch den Wald hinab zur Kantonsgrenze; von Degersheim hinauf zum Fuchsacker, über Bergli an Schwellbrunn vorbei zurück nach Herisau.
