ja nach son Tag harter Arbeit ;-) muß man sich austoben :-o Start ist Düsseldorf (Nähe Flughafen). Von dort gehts Richtung Ratingen (is nich ganz so toll, muß aber sein) und dann über Homberg und Hoffermühle hoch nach Heilinghaus. Nach einer endlosen Ortsumgehung gehts weiter nach Velbert und hinab nach Langenberg (der schönere Teil beginnt) auf netten Landstraßen gehts rechts ab ins Wodantal... Endlos bis hoch nach Haßlinghausen. Auf der Höhe weiter bis Silschede und über Haspe nach Hause :-))) fertig und zufrieden!!!
