Start am Rathaus Oberhausen zum Rhein-Herne-Kanal. Am Kanal entlang bis zum Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen. Ab dort auf dem Ostteil der Bahntrassen-Tour der Stadt Essen (Tour 3) zur Ruhr und über die Gruga-Trasse zurück nach Oberhausen.

mit ein paar Mal verfahren (lag an mir ;), ich schaffe das auch mit GPS) lag ich bei ca. 64 km und war mit 3:45 reine Fahrzeit schon ne Weile unterwegs :).
