Die Tour führt von Unna durch die Massener Heide und am Schloß Opherdicke vorbei. Bis zum Schloß ist schon eine lange Steigungsstrecke zu bewältigen. Von dort an geht es ins Ruhrtal. Ab Langschede bis Ardey geht es wieder bergauf. Es ist die zweite Steigungsstrecke der Tour. Von Ardey geht es bergab bis nach Fröndenberg. In Fröndenberg geht es die Eule hoch. Es ist eine ziemlich steile Bergstrecke.Von da ab geht es durch Unna in Richtung Ausgangsort.
Die Strecke ist komplett asphaltiert und fast überall nur wenig befahren.
