Von den Hugenhöfen (vom Bahnhof Oppenau ca. 400 m entfernt) geht es stetig ca. 500 Höhenmeter bergauf – vorbei an den Standorten Bühlhöfen Vorder- bühl und Bühlmatt – über den Standort Am Wald – weiter Richtung Ibacher Holzplatz, dort wunderschöne Aussicht zurück nach Oppenau und auf weite Teile des Renchtals. Der größte Teil der Tageshöhe von ca. 850 m (Hermersberger Hütte) ist ab hier erreicht...
