Start an der Heidewaldschule. Dieser Rundkurs führt dich durch den Stadtpark und entlang der Dalke über den Westring zur Neuen Mühle. Auf kleinen Nebenstraßen fährst Du vorbei an den Dörfern Marienfeld und Brockhagen. Nach der Siedlung Bokel, erreichst Du das Wasserschloß Tatenhausen.
Auf Waldwegen und schmalen Pfaden bist in wenigen Minuten am Tagesziel, der kleinen Kirche Stockkämpen. Weiter durch den Tatenhausener Wald, vorbei an der Fa. Storck gelangst Du zum Gerry Weber Stadion. Durch Halle und vorbei an Künsebeck erreichst Du Brockhagen.
Die Rückfahrt nach Spexard erfogt über den Ströhen, Isselhorst und Avenwedde.
